VARU by Atmosphere operates on the VARU Plan™, a premium all-inclusive package that covers dining, activities, and excursions. The plan includes one 45-minute spa massage per person for every 4 nights stay, one sunset fishing trip, and one complimentary excursion from a selection for every 4 nights. Guests also receive unlimited snorkeling trips daily, snorkeling equipment for the entire stay, and a selection of non-motorized water sports at the Koamas Dive and Water Sports Center.

The resort offers water villas with private pools and direct ocean access, as well as beach villas with private plunge pools. Each villa features high-ceilinged interiors with a seating area, a private bathroom with bidet and hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
